Getting Started | Order Process
- Quote
Contact us for a quote. Email or call and tell us about your project. Including product descriptions, sizes, number of products, number of photos required for each product and any specific requirements.
- Ordering
Print out and complete the order form, which we will be emailed to you, with your quote:
- Sending Products
Select your prettiest product.
Carefully pack your products, so they will still be in good shape when we get them.
Include a printed copy of your order form.

If you are in the area, you are welcome to deliver the products yourself to our studio, please call us to arrange.
- Scheduling your shoot
When products arrives in our studio, we will contact you and let you know the approximate turnaround time for your order.
- Taking Photo
We make the photos of your products in our Photography Studio. Next your images are processed by our post production artist, who colour matches, checks tone and removes any dust.
- Proofing
We will email you a set of low resolution images for your approval.
- Final Payment
Once you have approved all images, we will send you an invoice and full payment is required before high resolution image delivery. We accept direct deposit to our Bank account.
* Please allow 2-3 days for funds to arrive in our Bank account. We can only release the final images after receiving payment.
- Delivery
We will then have final images, both high and low resolution, available for instant download from our server. Sending you a link, so you and your team can download the images. Images remain available to download for 3 months.
If you wish, we can send you the images on a CD-R, via NZ Post. CD Creation & postage will apply to your invoice.
- Return of products
We prefer that you arrange to pick up the products.
Or, we can return your products via Courier, additional charges will apply to your invoice.
